Make your items requests from our expansive inventory.

To receive the items you need to come to Centre Flavie ( between 9:00 am – 1:00 pm Monday to Friday) and complete a registration form : request for assistance form 

Please have with you :

• your medical number
• information relating to your employment assistance program and income (if this is the case )

We will do our best to meet your needs if you qualify for help – Centre Flavie is for people in need only.

If you are admitted to Centre Flavie and that you find the items you need you have to take these items with you when leaving the center ( the same day) .

We can also deliver your items to the front door of your home for a $30 fee .  We accept interac, credit card and cash payments.

Clients are allowed to come to Centre Flavie once every thirty days.   If you are requiring large items (beds, furniture, appliances) you may come at any time until you find these.
